Rates and Other Charges

Full Time (26 hrs or more) is $125.00 a week per child.

Multi-Child Discount or Monthly payment (Full Time Only): $10.00 a week per child. Only one discount

Anything over allotted hours per week will be charged an overtime rate of $4.50 per hour.

Payment is required in advance for each week, no later than 5pm Monday, and is non-refundable for that week. (Example: If child becomes ill or is absent from daycare during the week, payment is still required for the full week.) A late payment fee of $5.00 per day will be charged for payments received after 5pm on Monday, with the exception of holidays. If Part Time care is arranged and should the hours of care exceed the hour time guidelines listed above, payment is required for those additional hours at the rate of the next pay scale. Exception: Drop-in daycare rates are $4.50/hour with a $15 minimum and payment is made at the end of each day.

Note: Payments can be made weekly, biweekly or monthly, but must be made in advance.

Full payment for each week is required for any vacation days in which the child is absent from daycare. If vacation were to be more than 2 weeks in duration, the 2nd week would be charged at half price, but not for more than 3 weeks total. This is to reserve the daycare position for your child.
